SHIPPING POLICY

Our warehouse processes orders within 2-7 business days of receiving your order. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Important: We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please also make sure to provide an accurate and current delivery address. If your package is returned as undelivered, we will issue a refund for the order but subtract the outbound shipping cost from your refund amount.

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping at this point.

Once an order has shipped, we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. No promo code required; free shipping will automatically be applied to your order at checkout. Valid on shipments to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states only.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation is sent.

Ground delivery: Arrives within 3-5 business days of shipping from our warehouse. 

Please note: Deliveries may take longer in certain remote areas, as well as during the holidays or during sales events and unusually busy shipping periods. 

You will receive an email message confirming the exact delivery date.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer the option for products to be shipped to destinations outside the United States at this time from this website.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order was submitted. You will also receive a second email once the order has shipped, containing a tracking number that lets you track the progress of your shipment.

We typically start the fulfillment process as soon as possible. Please keep this in mind when asking for changes to an order after it has been placed and make requests to such an extent as soon as possible. Shipping times can vary during the Holiday season between Thanksgiving and January.
